About AmsExperience

Amsterdam, booked the way a local would — every departure time, boarding point and real price side by side.

AmsExperience is the Amsterdam specialist for canal cruises, museums, attractions and combo deals. We are not a global marketplace. We are the friend you text before your trip: honest about what is worth it, practical about where to board and when to go.

What we stand for

Local
We know the city from the inside.
Honest
Real prices, real availability.
Easy
Booked in a few taps, no printing.
Warm
We sound like a person, not a system.

Our mission

Make it easy for every visitor to enjoy the best of Amsterdam: one place to find, compare and book canal cruises, museums, attractions and day trips, with instant confirmation and a mobile ticket.

Our vision

To be the most helpful way to plan a day out in Amsterdam, so you can experience the city like a local: honest information, clear prices and real people behind every booking.

Local, not remote

We are an Amsterdam team. We know the canals, the meeting points and the city's rhythm, and we like to share practical local tips, so your day feels like it was planned by a friend who lives here.

Our 360° customer approach

We look after you before, during and after your visit.

Before: clear information in your language, reviews only from guests who booked with us, and the full price before you pay.
On the day: your mobile ticket, the meeting point and practical tips, and support by email around the clock.
After: help with changes or cancellations where the operator's conditions allow, and a short review invitation so we keep improving.

How we work

Official tickets from the operator: we are the booking agent, the operator named on each product runs the experience.
Live availability per time slot, so what you see is what you can book.
Verified reviews only: written by guests who booked with us.
Free cancellation where the operator offers it; the conditions are on every product.
Your e-ticket on your phone.
